Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, September 8, 2014.  Motion by, all in favor.
Ratify Payroll warrants dated, September 8, September 23, and October 8, 2014.  Motion by, all in favor.
Ratify Expense warrants dated, September 16, 2014.  Motion by, all in favor.
Ratify Book expenditure warrants dated, September 16, September 30, and October 14.  Motion by, all in favor.
Bill Stendrup has posted on the Ash tree and the Norway maple these trees are to be removed.  The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21 with the BOS.
State Aid forms regarding our FY14 Financial budget and FY15 Municipal Appropriation was submitted to the Mass. Board of Library Commissioners by the due date.  All forms have been submitted when due.
Open letter to Brookfield Citizen, BOS regarding Community Innovation Incentive, CIC technology grant from Tantasqua.  Brenda was informed by Karen Trainor, Administrative Assistant to BOS, on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, Steve said the “library wasn’t participating.” Why is this not based on the inventory completed with all Department heads 2013?
Brenda will apply to be a Notary Public, free service to be provided at the library, cost for license is $60 for 7 years.
Administration and Finance Policies and Procedures:  A draft was approved 9/2/2014 for Department Heads to review.  We should submit a letter to the Board of Selectmen regarding our no charge for copies and print out from the computer and our no fine policies.  The “Senior Center” is listed also.  A Department Head meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss and edit this document.
