5:10 PM: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Thomas Rockwood on behalf of Elizabeth Rockwell, Trustee of the Rockwood/Vineyard/Nominee Trust for property located at 78 Bartimus Luce Road Assessors Map 3 Lot 15. The project consists of the placement of compatible beach sand, coir logs, jute netting and plantings on the face of a coastal bank to stabilize erosion of the bank caused by groundwater seepage.
5:40 PM: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn for a project to remove and treat a stand of Common Reed (Phragmites australis) in the so-called Maley’s pond located at 40 Sweet William Way, Assessors Map 32 Lot 89. The property is owned by 40 Sweet William Way LLC.
