New Business
1. Agency Policy: Public Use of Land Bank Properties
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading on a proposed amendment to this policy; the first-reading took place at the Commission’s October 26, 2015 meeting.
2. Poucha Pond Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the costs of installing electric service to the farm leasehold here.
3. Ripley’s Field Preserve (Town of Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its October 26, 2015 meeting, its discussion of this property’s hunting policy.
4. Wapatequa Woods Reservation (Towns of Oak Bluffs and Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review bids submitted for the installation of a hoop barn here.
