Introductions Brief overview of Open Space and Recreation Planning process, including 2014 and earlier draft Open Space and Recreation Plans, comments on earlier plans, and suggested improvements.

Review State comments and missing items needed before plan is complete 

Discuss ways to obtain public input and identify specific actions and timeline 

Go over contents of draft plan(s) in more detail, discuss differences in organization; discuss missing items and identify specific “action items” to be worked on by individual participants; establish responsibilities for gathering information and writing/revising pertinent sections 

Establish schedule for completing revised sections 

Discuss other aspects of planning process identified by participants 

Discuss future meeting plans and scheduling 

Adjourn
