The OSRP update includes the news that transfer of 108 acres from MassDevelopment to MassWildlife in the Environmental Business Zone on the North Post (Shirley section) has been finalized.  As you may recall, this has been in process for some time.  The newly protected land is habitat for state-listed rare species and abuts the Oxbow Refuge.  The Plan is attached.
