New Business:
1. Agency Land Management: Rogers Path
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its August 14, 2013 meeting its discussion of tree removal along Rogers Path.
2. Blackwater Pond Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review an August 16, 2013 letter from Prudence Burt in which she proposes the removal of dams at this property.
3. Chappy Point Beach (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Edgartown Planning Board by abutter Dana Tang to “remove an existing 115’ licensed private timber pier and construct a new 95’ timber pier with a 25’L, a 25’ platform and 3 tie spiles to be licensed and maintained as a private timber pier.”
4. Edgartown Great Pond (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the United States Army Corps of Engineers regarding an application filed by the Town of Edgartown to nourish the beach here, using materials dredged nearby.
5. Agency Policy: Procurement
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a first-reading of a proposed policy governing procurement.
