HEARINGS
The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent: 
90 Honeysuckle Lane, Jared Toman: Proposed removal of stepping stones; proposed construction of stone patio with new granite treads and plantings at 90 Honeysuckle Lane, Assessors Map 13B parcel 14

569 Crowell Road, John Booth & Kathy Richards: Proposed construction of deck and porch additions at 569 Crowell Road, Assessors Map 12H parcel 4

40 (Lot 8) Kendrick Harvest Way, Eastward Homes Business Trust- owner/applicant: Re-opening of hearing to construct a new, single family dwelling with patio, bulkhead, retaining walls and lawn area  at 40 (Lot 8) Kendrick Harvest Way, Assessors Map 13F parcel 8.
