•	Request by SB Vineyard LLC for minor modification to plan approved 5/24/13

HEARINGS
5:10  PM   An application by Deca, Inc. on behalf of John Spindler, for a Special Permit to construct a 24’ by 24’ single story garage to be 10’ from the SW bound.  The affected lot is in common ownership with the subject lot, Map 29, Lot 19; 133 Vineyard Meadows Farm Rd. Sections 11.2-2 of Zoning Bylaws. 

5:30 PM   An application by Reid Silva on behalf of Dr. Edward Caldwell, Osprey Point Corporation, for a Special Permit to allow a mixed use building in the Mixed Business District.  The doctor’s office will be 1980 sq ft and the upstairs owner occupied living quarters will be 1092 sq ft.   Map 16 Lot 86; 20 Indian Hill Rd; Sections 4.4-2 and 3.1-1 of Zoning Bylaws.

6:00 PM An application by Geraldine Brooks for a special permit to re-construct an existing swimming pool to be 16’ by 38’ and to be more eco-friendly and safer than current pool and with required safety fence.  Map 32 Lot 48; 16 Mill Rd. Sections 8.5-4 of Zoning Bylaws.
