Wednesday, October 23rd at 7pm, The Berlin/Boylston Special Education Parents Advisory Council (SEPAC) will host “Transition 101: High School to Adulthood.” This Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN) workshop will help parents to prepare for their child's future after public school. The transition process begins at age 14; are you and your student ready for their future? Learn how the effective use of the IEP and Massachusetts Transition Planning Form can identify and support knowledge and skill development so the student can transition into as independent and successful an adult life as possible. At Tahanto Regional Middle High School Multi Purpose Room, 1st floor.
