The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).

Common Area at Bucks Creek Rd/Indian Trail Intersection, Harding’s’ Beach Hills Association, SE 10- 2834:  Re-opening of hearing for proposed shorefront stabilization via removal existing structures (discharge pipe, asphalt, catch basin) and proposed replacement of structures with deep sump pump catch basin at Intersection of Bucks Creek Rd & Indian Trail, Assessors Map 8 B parcel Common Area.
