Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of LCR Nominee Trust, owner of property located at 299 Lambert’s Cove Road. The project consists of site work to regrade and contour the land and new landscaping within the Buffer Zone for a swimming pool to be constructed outside the Buffer Zone.
