12 Nickerson Lane, Gregory & Lynne O’Brien, SE 10-2811: Re-opening of hearing for an NOI for the proposed access pathway leading from top of coastal bank to edge of salt marsh at 12 Nickerson Lane. A Special Permit was approved by ZBA on July 12, 2012
