i) Website – new webmaster for Berlin! Steve Beard to set up meeting with him to update and correct the website home page, segment the OSRP and put a process in place to alow ConComm to independently update the website
ii) Eager Woods – Closing was 5/31/12. Town has received the $85,00 back from SVT. All materials for the grant have been done, Skip to meet with SVT to submit all to Celia Reichel at State on MA to get reimbursement.
iii) Wetlands hearings (Takes precedent over previous unfinished items)
Maplewood Farm updsate– Appeal to DEP done by Maplewood. 6/21/12 at 1 PM is the site viusit with DEP. Skip has invited Pat Garner to attend as expert for ConComm also. John Goldrosen from K&P stated that ConComm appeared to be on solid ground for all of the reqmts with the exception of bonding that DEP may overturn. ZBA could impose such conditions as a part of the site plan review.
iv) Berlin Meadows—Need plan for cleanup of downed trees
