The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 beginning at 3:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

MINUTES REVIEW: 
Meeting held October 16, 2013 

SIGNS:
13-099	First Line Fishing/Michael Mullaney – Application to install a wall sign located at 210 Orleans Road.	

13-100	Minglewood Homes & KW Design/Timothy Smith – Application to change the color of the existing sign and install a new ladder board located at 1281 Main Street.


MAJOR ALTERATION:
13-098	641 Main Street, LLC/ c/o Ronald Rudnick – Application to construct an addition to a commercial structure located at 641 Main Street.  

13-101	Chris Cannon – Application to renovate the commercial structure located at 2485 Main Street.

CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
13-087	Ronald Rudnick – Application to construct a new commercial structure located at 595 Main Street.  Continued from September 18, 2013.

13-097	Gilbert Wilson – Application to construct a new single family dwelling with an attached Gift Shop and a detached studio space located at 1550 Main Street. Continued from the October 16, 2013 meeting.

06-029A	John Fahle – Application to demolish the existing barn and rebuild a new barn in a different location on the property located at 2504 Main Street. Continued from the October 16, 2013 meeting.
