13-083	John C. Ricotta & Associates, Inc. Real Estate/John Ricotta – Application to install an awning sign located at 400 Main Street.

13-084	Vers at the Orpheum/Karen Haffmans – Application to install a hanging wall sign located at 637 Main Street.

13-085	Vers/ Karen Haffmans – Application to install a wall sign on the rear façade located at 637 Main Street.

AMENDMENT – MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-005C	Chatham Orpheum Theater/ c/o David Veach – Amendment to previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness for changes to the lighting on the structure located at 637 Main Street.

PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
	The Box Office Bistro/Paul Schuyler – Application to amend a previously approved ground sign located at 2642 Main Street.
