Montachusett Regional Planning Commission Principal Planner Eric Smith will review the Shirley Village Growth District white paper. -Division of Local Technical Assistance (DLTA). Collect all chairmen’s signatures for the Scope of Services agreements. The two agreements are for 1) the Assessment and Delineation of Priority Development Areas and Priority Protection Areas. This study will include Shared Planner Analysis. 2) Collective Purchasing. -Chapter 498. Set the date for a full JBOS meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a total ballot vote amendment to Chapter 498 as an alternative to the Super Town Meeting voting procedure. This will be a one-item meeting. -Review of JBOS delegates. -Report on Ayer Home Rule Petition. Treasury update. -New Business. -Adjourn. Next Regular Meeting: June 28, 2012 |
