3.1.	 Continuing topic(s) and working group updates in 8/2/2012 Meeting Minutes 
4.	Approval of Minutes:
4.1.	August 2, 2012, SBC meeting minutes
5.	New topics:  
5.1.	Review of the total project budget as was estimated and reconciled by the Consigli and AM Fogarty estimators.
5.2.	SBC recommendation to have the OPM submit the Schematic Design to the MSBA on August 9th. Vote required.
5.3.	Review of the MSBA “Local actions” submission. Vote require and ASRSD signatures
