CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING - Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 12, 2013, at 8:30 p.m., in the Berlin Town Office Building to act on the petition of Mark S. and Rebecca Habersaat of 31 Autumn Ridge Road, Berlin, Massachusetts.
          The petitioners seek a variance from Section 620, Table of Dimensional Regulations, which requires a 50 foot front yard offset. The petitioners seek a variance to 34 feet to allow an existing front porch located off the front of the structure to remain.
          All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing.
