Town Account Formula Grant Meals on wheels
Old Business:
Gas cards for volunteer drivers.
Missing key for filing cabinet.
Receipts for Sally from anyone? Duplicates no longer accepted by the town accountant.
New Business
1. Sally Steele , Outreach worker for Bolton COA would be willing to talk to our group..
2. Carolyn Landry, feedback on needed, acceptable ways to spend Formula Grant funds.
3. Regionalization. Combining forces with larger COA’s. Joyce LaMotte.
4. Memberships in other associations related to COA, i.e. MAOA.
5. SMP rep Joan Cutler will be our featured speaker at the Volunteer dinner on June 13th. She will present a program on Medicare fraud, a multi – billion dollar problem targeting seniors.
7. My term runs out in May.
8. Dora designed and produced the invitations for the Volunteer Luncheon. We also need a list of attendees. Do we add folks who drive our seniors?
9. Food Pantry has a plot to grow fresh produce. They need seeds. Fertilizer, stakes etc, \
10. Feedback on need for classes on falling. Beezy Bentzen’s proposal.
