Information for Meeting of Zoning Board of Appeals

Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a continued public hearing on April 10, 2013, at 8:30 PM in the Town Offices Building at 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Massachusetts, to act on the petition of Robert Leveille of 143 Lancaster Rd., Berlin Massachusetts.
     The petitioner seeks to operate a home-based contracting business (landscaping). He seeks a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, as required by Sections 340, 540 and Sections 1231 through 1237 of the Berlin Zoning By-law. He further seeks a variance to Section 541, Table of Home-Based Contracting Business, for the followingt: number of equipment trailers (total of 3); size of one equipment trailer exceeds 12,000 GVW; and number of vehicles.
     All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing.
