New Business
1. Carolyn Landry, feedback on needed, acceptable ways to spend Formula Grant funds.
3. Regionalization. Combining forces with larger COA’s. Joyce LaMotte.
4. Memberships in other associations related to COA, i.e. MAOA.
5. Change in COA by-laws to add attendance requirement for Council Members.
