1. Pecoy Point Preserve: (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission by neighbor Susan Hobart to expand an existing dwelling.
2. Poucha Pond Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Edgartown Conservation Commission by abutter Pamela Bryan to construct an elevated walkway.
3. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its November 26, 2012 meeting, its discussion of discrepancies which may exist between certain land bank conservation/agricultural preservation restrictions and actual site conditions.
4. Agency Administration: Performance Evaluation
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of the performance of its executive director.
