The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing and DEC Meeting on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 6:45 PM in conference room 2 at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Level Two request from Devens Inn LLC for the installation of a building mounted sign for the Great American Grill located at 59 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA.
A copy of the plan may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard and Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing and DEC Meeting on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 6:45 PM in conference room 2 at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Level Two Unified Permit Amendment from MJM Development for the construction of a second +/-20,000 square foot mill building and associated site improvements within the existing development footprint of New England Studios located at 122 Hospital Rd, Devens, MA.  The Amendment also includes proposed upgrades to an off-site parking area located at 88-94 Jackson Rd., Devens, MA, to be utilized by New England Studios.
