Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn Inc. on behalf of Michael Gately, Jr., owner of property located at 8 Norton Farm Road. The project consists of the replacement of a well and trenching of a new water line.
