iii) Open Space Fund--Approx $450K after Eager purchase closes, and after state grant for $234K received, and after Simon Properties annual payment of $50,000 on 3/12/12.
iv) First meeting of Highland Commons stakeholders tonite at 7:30 PM with Selectmen, Highland Commons desires to delay timing of payments
v) Fill out and sign all required forms (deposit & reimbursement forms, warrants,…)

a) Periodicals—none tonight
b) Notices (meetings, seminars, etc.) new stormwater docs available for order on MACC website

i) Website – new webmaster for Berlin! Steve Beard to set up meeting with him to update and correct the website home page, segment the OSRP, add Eager Purchase, add planting of Chestnut trees, add 2011 ConComm annual report, add Maplewood status and provide for periodic updates, and put a process in place to allow ConComm to independently update the website content
ii) Eager Woods – Closing was 5/31/12. Town has received the $232,400 grant funds. Thank you reception for Barry Eager done on 8/19/2012 at 4 PM.
iii) Berlin Meadows—Need help for cleanup of downed trees, Walter already cut them up and got dirt dumped to allow access from Rt 62.
iv) Maplewood status email discussion, neighbors/abutters may attend at 7:30 PM tonite
5) New Business (issues, projects, …) Members should attempt to notify chair prior to printing of agenda)
i) 8PM NOI hearing for Ross Associates – Summer Rd jurisdiction area
ii) 8:30PM NOI hearing for Riverbridge development

b) Possible acquisition 6 acres of Ronnie Wheeler estate property along North Brook—assessor has communicated ConComm offer of $10K plus associated legal fees/survey/etc to estate’s lawyers and then on to Elsie Wheeler |
