The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

15 Bay Lane, 2005 Gomez Family Trust, Susan M R Gomez & Henry Gomez, Trustees, SE 10- 2873: Re-opening of hearing for proposed removal of existing dwelling; proposed construction of new dwelling on same footprint, proposed construction of three patios, three walkways, two terraces; proposed connection to existing septic system and existing utilities; proposed landscaping & grading at 15 Bay Lane, Assessors Map 16D, parcel B1 

40 (Lot 8) Kendrick Harvest Way, William Marsh-Applicant-Eastward Homes Business Trust, -owner, SE 10-2847: Re-opening of hearing for a request to amend Order of Conditions under SE 10-2847 to include proposed re-location of patio & retaining walls; less re-grading on the site close to limit of work line; proposed installation of steppers and proposed re-arrangement of foundation plantings at 40 (Lot 8) Kendrick Harvest Rd, Assessors Map 13F parcel 8.
