The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 beginning at 1:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

MINUTES REVIEW: 
Meeting held October 2, 2013 

MAJOR ALTERATION:
13-096	The Bradford Inn/David Oppenheim – Application to demolish one (1) building and alter the exterior features of the other eight (8) structures located at 26 Cross Street.

MINOR ALTERATION:
12-089C	The Mayflower/Shane Coughlin – Application to amend rear façade by the construction of an exterior stairway of the structure located at 465-475 Main Street.

MINOR ALTERATION:
13-095	Timothy Smith – Application to replace the siding on the structure located at 393 Main Street.

MAJOR ALTERATION:
13-097	Gilbert Wilson – Application to construct a new single family dwelling with an attached Gift Shop and a detached studio space located at 1550 Main Street.

CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
06-029A	John Fahle – Application to demolish the existing barn and rebuild a new barn in a different location on the property located at 2504 Main Street. Continued from the  October 2, 2013 meeting.

PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE
	Cumberland Farms/c/o E. James Veara, Esq. – Informal discussion regarding proposed demolition and redevelopment of the property located at 678 & 686 Main Street.

	Chatham Cycle/Mark Zibrat – Informal discussion regarding possible changes to the structure located at 193 Depot Road.

	Chris Cannon – Informal discussion regarding proposed renovation to the structure located at 2485 Main Street.
