1.)Planning Board Request for Comment; Site Plan Review; Open Space Development Plan; The Farm School – 330 Sentinel Elm Road
2.)AOTV auction – Board participation/support
3.)Additional CIC grants, discussion and votes: especially North Quabbin Regional Animal Control Program, Regional Collection and Recycling of Agricultural Plastics.
4.)Police Chief: Vote and sign amended contract with outgoing Chief Haigh
5.)Police Chief: Ongoing discussion of search process; acting chief contract process
6.)Role of Town Administrator over personnel, especially hiring/firing authority.  Possible vote to delegate authority.
7.)Budget process and initial discussion: schedule, centralization of some operating expenses, operating priorities, net school spending report, Mahar assessment, other related discussion
8.)Discussion on creating an Award for Excellence – to recognize volunteers

EXECUTIVE SESSION: M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21, Reason # 2 – To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Sgt Lundgren - soon to be Chief Lundgren, acting chief Orange PD – in attendance); Reason #3 – To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.  (no guests present).
