5: 10 PM /Map 12 Lot 5.12: continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Alan B. and Lynn E. Retik owners of property located at 28 Hillbrook Lane, The project consists of the removal of the existing garage/storage building and construction of a studio with bathroom on a frost wall foundation, installation of a septic tank and trenching to install a force main along the existing road within the second fifty feet of the Buffer Zone. The leach field for the septic system is outside the Buffer Zone.
5:15 PM/ SE 79-313/ Map 23 Lot 3.1: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Kate and Geoffrey Lauprete and JMMoulton Realty Trust, (lessee) of property located at 71 Tisbury Lane West owned by Seven Gates Farm Corporation, Assessors Map 23 Lot 3.1. The project consists of the removal of invasive vines, shrubs, brush cutting and removal of two Norway Spruces.
5:35 PM/ Map 3 Lot 59: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of David Lowe and Susan Mann owners of property located at 15 Stone Bridge Lane. The project consists of capping an existing well and installation of a new well in the Riverfront Area.
