The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicants have filed Requests to Amend an existing Order:

155 Mill Creek Road, Dennis Linnane, SE 10-2607: Request to Amend existing Order under SE 10- 2607 to include after- the- fact construction of at grade granite steps to replace at-grade timber steps to Mill Creek,at 155 Mill Creek Road , Assessors Map 4C, Parcel 9

Barn Hill Road, Town of Chatham, SE 10-2739: Request to Amend existing Order under SE 10-2739 to include proposed fill instead of the retaining wall which had been permitted

325 Fox Hill Road, Eastward Ho! Country Club, SE 10- 2534:  Request to Amend existing Order under SE 10- 2534 to include additional beach nourishment as mitigation for previously permitted shorefront protection at 325 Fox Hill Road, Assessors Map 10M, Parcel 2-1

Hardings Beach/Stage Harbor Lighthouse Road, TOWN of CHATHAM Parks & Re-opening of hearing for receipt of a DEP file number for proposed roadway routine maintenance at Hardings Beach/Stage Harbor Lighthouse  NHESP comment not yet rec’d 

Town of Chatham, Town-wide & Morris Island Cut, SE 10-2759: Re-opening of hearing for proposed Dredging & Disposal of dredged materials; proposed combination of 7 dredge sites and 17 dredge material disposal sites, Town-wide, including Morris Island cut

606 Orleans Road, Joan Reiguluth Van Nest, SE 10-2770: Reopening of a hearing for proposed elevation of existing dwelling/boathouse and proposed construction of 933 sq ft addition; proposed construction of Title 5 Sewage Disposal system at 606 Orleans Road, Assessors Map 12J parcel GD. Special Permit required for additions

56 Jericho Lane, 56 Jericho LLC, SE 10-2776: Re-opening of hearing for proposed construction of at-grade steps over Coastal Bank; proposed restoration of view corridors at 56 Jericho Lane. Special Permit required; scheduled on ZBA agenda for February 23, 2012 

20 Nob Hill Road, William Powers, SE 10-2784: Reopening of a hearing for the proposed regrading, loam and seeding: proposed removal and replacement of existing bulkhead ; proposed removal and replacement of front step and proposed installation of new landscape plantings at 20 Nob Hill Road, Assessors Map 13G parcel Th12.  

28 Nob Hill Road, John Marsh SE 10-2785: Reopening of a hearing for the proposed maintenance of existing site conditions which differ from originally approved conditions, including grading, shell parking area, retaining wall & walkway and landscape plantings at 28 Nob Hill Road, Assessors Map13G parcel Th11. 

325 Fox Hill Road, Eastward Ho! Country Club, SE 10-2767: Re-opening of hearing for proposed Implementation of Shorefront Management Plan and Beach Nourishment at 325 Fox Hill Road, Assessors Map 10M parcel 1.  Applicant has requested a continuance to March 7, 2012.
