1. Agency Land Management: Herbicide Use
The Land Bank Commission will review a March 5, 2012 memorandum from foreman Matthew Dix and ecologist Julie Russell regarding this matter.
2. Weahtaqua Springs Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commisison will review notice received from the Oak Bluffs Board of Appeals regarding an application filed by abutter White Bros. in which it appeals a decision of the town building inspector to deny a building permit.
