1). Open meeting-
Call meeting to order.

2). Review Minutes-
Minutes (Feb 1st) are read, questions, corrections, amendments are  
discussed; motion to approve minutes is made; vote is taken
                
3). Discussion: 
Review meeting notes; and comment on any new developments or changes.

4). Old Business-
Master Plan, Completion of Chapter 2 (Jackie Doherty; draft document with all compiled information included.

5). New Business-
a). Chapter 3-Continue discussion on providing housing to people living in the Town of Athol; relate to future plans (Mike Valeri)
b). Any further discussion regarding planning, etc by Phil Delorey.

6). Updates-
        Committee updates discussed.

7). Next Meeting-
        Topics for next committee meeting discussed.

8). Adjournment-
        Meeting adjourned; agenda for next meeting created.
