The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a Public hearing relative to the following filing
under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-
Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Margaret Kidder. The owner of the
property is the same as the applicant . The work is located at 40 Squannacook Road (Map-
Block-Parcel 113-3.1).
The proposed project is for Proposed Sewage Disposal System Upgrade, Installation of new
waterline, and Deconstruction of an existing well for an Existing Single-Family House within
the 100' Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland
The Public hearing will be held on June 12, 2012, at 7:30 pm in the Town Offices Building at 7
Keady Way in Shirley.
All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation
Commission Office at the Town Offices Building.
