ii) Wetland Fund Approx (get amount from Lee tabor
after Garner invoice)
iii) Open Space Fund Approx $450K after Eager purchase closes on 5/21/12 and after state grant for $234K received and after Simon Properties annual payment of $50,000 on 3/12/12 and after approx $2K more from Clark logging in next few weeks
iv) Fill out and sign all required forms (deposit & reimbursement form, warrants,…)

c) Invoices – Pat Garner for Maplewood peer review, possibly B&L for Wheeler CR

i) Website – needs update with open space plan, girl scout activity, enforcement order activity and status with NOI hearing, Eager gift, Earth Day, Maplewood status, bicentennial activities
ii) Rhodes needs OOC extension for Dudley Rd — need Concomm vote to extend COCs per state regs
iii) Eager Woods – Closing will be no later than 5/21/12 so CR can be recorded with state and done for closing (allows sufficient time after 5/7/12 town meeting warrant to be certified) .
iv) Earth Day 4/28/12 – discuss status and to do items remaining
v) Wetlands hearings (Takes precedent over previous unfinished items)
Maplewood Farm – NOI hearing continuation at 8 PM tonight, continued from 4/4/12. ConComm received a peer review letter on status of NOI updates and recommendations going forward.
vi) Walter Bickford made and installed 12 bluebird boxes at Suasco—look great
vii) Chestnut planting-- The American Chestnut Foundation and Berlin School and Ma`Dept of Ag and Concomm hosted an informal talk, chestnut demonstration and informative hands-on items, ands planting of 3 blight-resistant chestnut trees at Berlin School on 4/10/12. Write-up with names of attendees were sent to Clinton Item for publication.
viii) Berlin Meadows-- Walter Bickford, Karen Scheffer and Judy Christiansen/family spread the mulch on the perennial garden at Berlin Meadows.

i) Bicentennial activity plans with names responsible and dates (bird walk, owl walk, geo-cache/map contest, wolf presentation, raptor presentation, other
ii) DOA to repair 2 culverts,
iii) Discuss cutting fallen/downed wood on conservation lands at Berlin Meadows
6) Land Acquisition and Management (May require closed meeting/executive session)
a) Status/discussion on letters from Walter Bickford to Ledle Corp and to Oberg/owners of east face of Mount Pisgah off Lyman –note that FY13 grant closes 7/12/12! |
