The Devens Enterprise Commission will
conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, 
December 8, 2011 at 7:30am at 
33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, 
Conference Room 1 to vote on the renewal
request of the five liquor licenses
and common victualler licenses for
Devens Common Conference Center, LLC,
Devens Hospitality, LLC, Devens Grill
and Devens Golf Course LP dba Red Tail
Golf Club, and the Devens Inn LLC dba
Devens Hilton Garden Inn for calendar
year 2012.  The DEC will also vote on
the four common victualler license 
requests for calendar year 2012 from 
Sodexo at BMS Corp Cafeteria, 
38 Jackson St; Pizza Bella, Inc at 
8 Andrews Parkway; Rapid Refill #125 at 
4 Andrews Parkway and Dunkin Donuts at 
20 Andrews Parkway in Devens, MA 
pursuant to MGL Chapter 140 and 
amendments thereto.
