i)	Brian Lewis property on River Road—request for ‘home construction business’. Must send letter to ZBA and cc to Planning and hesalth Boards and Bldg inspector with ConComm position/feedback. 

ii)	Website – Lee has first draft, need to get Linda Plummer to put into ‘private area’ for ConComm review and comment—date from Lee.
iii)	Trail Maps – First pass done by Dan Stimson/SVT. Steve to meet with Skip 3/20 or 3/22 and provide digital text for all trails as already done on the website, Skip to modify and to Walter for comment and review, then to all ConComm for review at/by 4/7 meeting, then print trail maps for May Town meeting—also include large map of entire town.
iv)	Earth Day 4/17—PR (Louise to contact cable, papers), Jerry to get yellow bags, Karen to get flyer into schools and contact scouts, Skip to get cooler/water bottles and Carl Matthew Truck, Skip told Pere Gemelli at Transfer Station, Louise to get kids ice cream coupons, volunteers to man signup table at town center (Lee from 8-11? And Louise after 11?), volunteers (Skip and Steve) to  do pick up with truck at day’s end.Dmixed use proposal. 

b)	Wetlands issues

5)	8:00 Wetlands hearings (Takes precedent over previous unfinished items)
i)	Riverbridge may attend with ANRAD for water line from across River Rd West (from residences at River Run property)formal ANRAD hearing continued to 2/21 to allow Pat Garner and Waterman Associates to finalize mean annual high watermark determinations. Tonight Mike Dryden from Waterman Associates will be in at 8PM to discuss proposed trails and North Brook crossing to connect to Solomon Pond. 
6)	Appointments (Takes precedent over previous unfinished items)
1.	8PM Cory Musorofiti to appear with restoration plan for Clark area damaged by his 4 wheeler

i)	Forest Stewardship status—MA Fish and Wildlife walk, final report from forester(date?), pay invoice for forester (date) and submit to MA for ConComm payment (date ? to meet deadline)
ii)	Trail markings: install sign for Devine land at parking area (text on left states to keep on ROW, right side shows latest map), Pisgah Trailhead sign install, wetland crossing flasher on post to be installed at bottom of Devine field, mark trails and intersections per all final trail maps. Impact Expressions/Hopkinton to provide all signs at cost.
