1.  	Call to Order
2.  	Speaking Time for the General Public
3. 	Review and approval of minutes
4. 	Fiscal consequences of regionalization: comparing FY12 state revenues (presentation and           	 	discussion of analysis and spreadsheet).
5.    Comparing FY12 budgets: separate districts and K-12 region (e.g. what would the FY12 budget 	 	look like if the three districts were one region). 
6.    Effects of regionalization on Net School Spending Requirements for Orange, Petersham, 	 	 Wendell and New Salem.
7.    Response from DESE on budget language incorporated into regional agreement (i.e., calculating 	 	 foundation budgets, Foundation Aid, and minimum requirements, by cost center, within a 	 	 district).
8.    Response from DESE legal department on the amended regional agreement as presented to the 	RPC at the 9.1.11 meeting.
9.    Analysis of the salary schedules of our three districts, and the possible effects on cost after 	regionalization. Description of legal process of negotiation following regionalization. 
10.  Update on regional agreement.
11.  Vote on Warrant Article
12.  Set date of next meeting
13.  Adjournment
