HEARINGS
The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).
The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an existing Order:
840 Fox Hill Road, Jeremy J G Smith/Katherine Wake, SE 10-2697: Re-opening of hearing for a Request to Amend an existing permit under SE 10-2697 to include proposed re-location of pool fence; proposed removal of yews, junipers & overgrown cedars, and privet hedge; proposed re-planting and restoration plantings; minor hardscape additions removal of fish pond & portion of pool surround at 840 Fox Hill Rd.
Town of Chatham, Town-wide & Morris Island Cut, SE 10-2759: Re-opening of hearing for proposed Dredging & Disposal of dredged materials; proposed combination of 7 dredge sites and 17 dredge material disposal sites, Town-wide, including Morris Island cut
