Act on Reserve Fund Transfer Request from Town Clerk, Nancy Burnham for extraordinary and/or unforeseen reasons: Retirement of Barbara Smith, Assistant Town Clerk, Special Election on November 14, 2011.
Act on Reserve Fund Transfer Request from Police Chief, Tim Anderson for extraordinary and/or unforeseen reasons: Power outage of 10/29/2011 installation of manual transfer switch to make to ACO facility emergency generator capable.
Act on Reserve Fund Transfer Request from Police Chief, Tim Anderson for extraordinary and/or unforeseen reasons: To fund the training of 3 newly appointed reserve police officers, to replenish dispatch salary and overtime line item shortfalls caused by extended dispatcher sick leave(2) and a newly negotiated schedule, and to bolster officer overtime over budget due to staffing shortages.
Act on Reserve Fund Transfer Request from Police Chief, Tim Anderson for extraordinary and/or unforeseen reasons: Increase animal Control Officers work week from 26 hours to 37 hours to complete administrative assignments within the police department.
