The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
86 Kemah Road, James/Jamie Pagliocco: Proposed removal of existing shed, removal of retaining walls and side deck; proposed construction of new deck, new steps; proposed re-construction of retaining walls, and proposed construction of outside shower at 86 Kemah Road, Assessors Map 8B parcel H53. 

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
