New Business:
1. Oak Bluffs Trail Planning
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the vote of its Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board, at its August 2, 2011 meeting, regarding the Old Holmes Hole Road.
2. Gay Head Moraine (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received regarding an application for variance filed with the Aquinnah Board of Health by abutter James sanFilippo to install a new septic system.
3. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading of proposed amendments to this policy concerning (1.) the employee remuneration classification chart; and (2.) certain retirement benefits; the first-reading took place at the Commission’s August 1, 2011 meeting.
