i)	Website – needs update with open space plan, girl scout activity, enforcement order activity and status with NOI hearing, Eager gift, Earth Day, Maplewood status, bicentennial activities 
ii)	Ronnie Wheeler estate CR status —letter received from Atty. Judy Pickett, town counsel, states that final CR is ready –  Selectmen signed 4/2/12, ConComm must sign tonight and leave in mailbox for Atty Pickett pickup tomorrow AM
iii)	Devine parking area off Linden ---new signs done and installed 3/22/12 
iv)	Eager Woods – ConComm must sign extension to closing to 5/21/12 so CR can be recorded with state and done for closing (allows sufficient time after 5/7/12 town meeting warrant to be certified) . Signs done for parking area and need to be installed. Trash dumped will be picked up on Earth Day. Baseline signed and mailed back to Dan Stimson at SVT. Christa Collins is driving the closing./ Skip Duggan is driving all materials required to get $232,400 grant payment from MA.
v)	Earth Day 4/28/12 – discuss status and to do items remaining
vi)	 Wetlands hearings (Takes precedent over previous unfinished items)
   Maplewood Farm – NOI hearing at 8 PM tonight, final NOI received by ConComm and Pat Garner 4/3/12 PM, peer review activity done over last 2 weeks by Pat Garner, Steve Beard please archive email exchanges between Pat Garner and Tom Dipersio as addendum to tonight’s hearing
vii)	Letter was sent to Mr Rogalowski in response to his request allowing cutting of downed trees off Barnes Hill Rd
viii)	ConComm needs to vote on and sign COC for 11 Alden St.

i)	Bicentennial activity plans with names responsible and dates (bird walk, owl walk, geo-cache/map contest, wolf presentation, raptor presentation, other 
ii)	Berlin Woods – Bark mulch for perennial garden, DOA to repair 2 culverts, bluebird houses replacement,  handicap access sign?, …
iii)	Discuss cutting fallen/downed wood on conservation lands at Berlin Meadows 
6)	Land Acquisition and Management (May require closed meeting/executive session)
a)	Status/discussion on letters from Walter Bickford to Ledle Corp and to Oberg/owners of east face of Mount Pisgah off Lyman –note that FY13 grant closes 7/12/12!
