  1.	Formula Grant sent electronically on  December 20th Second installment will be less $ 1200. We did not spend last year.
  2.	  Carolyn Landry, feedback on needed, acceptable ways to spend Formula Grant funds.
   3.  Regionalization. Combining forces with larger COA’s
   4.   Memberships in other associations related to COA, i.e. MAOA.
    5. Carolyn Landry: Powder  House News by E-Mail. Serious cost savings. Reactions and feed back.
    6. I applied for a $ 750.00 mini transportation grant and it was received. Grants will be awarded in February..
    7. My term runs out in May. 
    8.Handouts:  Lifeline Phone services and2013 Guide to Home Care Services.
