Draft Agenda: 1. Notes from 3/27/13 meeting (draft to be circulated later today) 2. Implementation status on 2008-2013 Devens Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) 3. Devens Trail Mapping and Kiosks update The OSRP update includes the news that transfer of 108 acres from MassDevelopment to MassWildlife in the Environmental Business Zone on the North Post (Shirley section) has been finalized. As you may recall, this has been in process for some time. The newly protected land is habitat for state-listed rare species and abuts the Oxbow Refuge. The Plan is attached. If there are other items you would like to add to the agenda please let me know.to
