Old Business:  Request for $5k from bus warrant passed at  the Town Meeting.  Next steps needed.
New Business 
1. Signage for the bus.
 2. Receipts for Joyce from anyone?    Duplicates no longer accepted by the town accountant. 
 3. Medical equipment inventory and policies update. .
        4. MOW current enrollment.  Changes ?	
         5. New meeting time and date. Discussion.
         6. Progress on the Work Off Program.   Policies and protocols needed.    
        7. Start up of Berlin Rides.     
        8. The Formula Grant funds for coming year.  Definition of volunteers according to grant.  
        9. If $5k is approved, how will we spend it?

3.  Carolyn Landry, Joyce Powder House News and problems with publisher. Alternative options from other towns would be considered.
 3.  Returns from town wide survey on senior transportation issues. Joyce
       4.   Memberships in other associations related to COA, for example   MAOA.
       5. Carolyn Landry: Powder  House News by E-Mail. Progress on refining the list? Caroland Joyce 
       6. Karen Shultz, a Social Worker with years of experience working with seniors has an interest    in 	joining the Council.

       4. Request has been sent to Selectmen for an adjunct voting member of COA board to make sure we         	have a quorum at all meeting to conduct business.
      5. Holiday Party planning.
