1. Finance Committee Meeting June 17, 2013
The Committee voted to accept the scope of the Finance Committee duties to include the Compensation Committee with the possibility of expanding the committee.
2. Anticipated Deficit and Reduction Plan to Balance the FY2014 Budget
On June 17, 2013, the Finance Committee approved the Administrator’s Cost Reduction Plan for FY2014. The approved plan requires the full Advisory Board endorsement.
RESOLUTION 714- BE IT RESOLVED that the Advisory Board of the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority accepts the Administrator’s memo entitled Deficit Reduction Plan for MART’s Operation dated June 17, 2013 as presented.

RESOLUTION 715- BE IT RESOLVED that the Advisory Board of the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority approves to accept the membership of the community of Athol to the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority under Chapter161b, Section 71 of the MGL.
