  Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 10, 2013, at 9:00 p.m., in the Town Offices Building at 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Massachusetts, to act on the petition of Dennis H. and Pamela Sherman of 7 Shady Lane, Berlin, Massachusetts.
        The petitioners seek to operate a home-based contracting business, “Cornerstone Contracting” at machine shop “PWP”.  They seek a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, as required by Sections 340, 540 and Sections 1231 through 1237 of the Berlin Zoning By-law.  They further seek a variance from Section 620, Table of Dimensional Regulations, in order to construct a garage which would fail to meet the minimum twenty (20) foot side yard offset requirements.
