7 PM - Meet with Recreation Committee - map out South Common use for June 10, 2012 1. - Approval of Minutes 2. - Treasurers Report, sign warrant 3. - Review Parade application received to date and send acknowledgments and ask if they are staying or leaving right after: Wheeler float, 3 military trucks ( jeep & 2 troop carriers, 1965 Chevy Corvair, Senator Flanagan, Virginia Keleher (Berlin's oldest senior) 4. - Vote on approved contracts 5. - Update on vendor registration form 6. - Verbal approval from First Parish allowing reviewing stand near sidewalk and porta potties in back of church. Still need to close Woodward Ave? 7. - Brochure to include: map of town showing which roads are closed, detours, designated public parking areas both free and any with a fee, time the roads will close, reserved handicapped parking area? parade route, vendors, where parade ends 8 - Verbal yes from Cable Committee to take video of the parade. 9 - Parade cleanup? ask county sheriff? 10 - Next Parade meeting April 30? 11 - Overlooked anything?
