APPLE ORCHARD ESTATES Status of Modification documents (Lot 23 drainage basin in driveway must be added to the modification docs) (GPR). We are in receipt of a letter from Mrs. Sears to access the swale and the culvert for cleaning when the weather allows. Jonathan Greeno, Paul Farrar and Dave Berry are meeting at the Sears’ property so Dave can see the site and to discuss what needs to be done regarding the Sears’ swale and the Town’s culvert on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. Swale issues with Sears. Planning Administrator found North Middlesex Savings Bank to be the owner of the Sears property. Thomas A. Gibbons, Esquire represents NMSB. Dave Berry contacted Tom and he will get back to him in the next couple of weeks to discuss the drainage issues. NO ACTION.
