Any member of the public planning to record the meeting must first notify the Chair. 7:00 Call to Order 1. Announcements 2. Approve meeting minutes from May 18, 2022 3. Scheduled Items a. Little Broadway Academy: Space for rehearsals is needed for the theater program. i. Two different groups with about 25 kids per group 1. Middle/High School: MWF 2:45-4:00 2. Elementary: T/TH 3:00-5:00 or 4:00-6:00 ii. September 12th through December 17th iii. Willing to pay a small monthly fee, but would like to utilize a free space iv. No liability insurance, parents sign a waiver b. Melanson Contract for FY23 c. Senior Tax Abatement Application: Patricia Flynn d. Staining of office doors: David Bramhall noted the doors will begin to deteriorate unless they are stained or painted. Is willing to do the work and bring the materials.
